StAnza Poetry Festival invites you to submit your captivating poetry films for a chance to showcase your work to our audiences, both at the festival and online.
The festival proudly presents a £200 award for the Audience’s Choice Prize. Your film will be screened during the festival where viewers at the event and online will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite poetry film. Don’t miss the chance to be part of this exciting celebration of poetry and film. Join us at StAnza Poetry Festival in St Andrews, 8-10 March 2024, where your creation could be crowned the Audience’s Choice Prize winner.
Submission Details:
- Films should be no longer than 10 minutes.
- Open to poets and filmmakers of all levels.
- They can be in any language or even a mix of languages. If you are writing in a language other than English, it would be helpful if you could include a translation in English.
- Films can be brand new or made between January 2022 and the deadline.
- We don’t need exclusivity – if you have previously screened elsewhere or would like to use it in the future, that is fine.
