Join us for “Looking at Grief through Art and Mindfulness,” a 4-week programme where we explore the theme of grief through a blend of mindfulness, looking at art, and art therapy-based activities.
At Artinfusion, we facilitate a fusion of mindfulness, looking at art, and art therapy-based activities, each designed to guide you through the multifaceted aspects of grief. This programme is open to all—whether you’re on a path of personal loss, supporting someone else’s journey, or simply seeking to understand and approach grief from a new perspective.
Over four weeks, the integrated approach will help navigate our experience of loss, moving through stages of noticing, processing, transitioning, and ultimately renewing our perspective on grief. Throughout the programme, you will engage in creativity and reflection, and we will provide tools and insights that can support personal growth and wellbeing.
Everyone’s grief journey is profoundly personal. Our programme honours this diversity, creating a nurturing space where art and mindfulness unite to cultivate meaning and resilience.
We are hosting a closed group with a limited participants to ensure an intimate and supportive setting. Secure your spot for a nurturing experience with the soothing presence of art and the stabilising practice of mindfulness.
