Developing your idea for arts council project grants, for community groups

If you run a voluntary or community group, and you’re wondering whether Arts Council Funding could support your activity, this workshop is for you, join us and GemArts for an ideas’ development workshop. We’ll talk through the best ways to frame your project within the Arts Council funding guidance and give you some helpful tips and tricks to develop your idea ready to write an application for your organisation or group.

This session will be an introduction to getting ready to apply for Arts Council Project Grants from an organisation who have successfully received funding. This is part of a series of workshops and open advice sessions that Metal has been working on with Arts Council England (ACE).

The hosted talks and open advice sessions are about how artists, community and voluntary groups can apply for a Project Grant to fund their work. ACE are particularly keen to fund more people from the Peterborough and Fenland area and want to support them in applying.

There will be a chance to ask questions over some light refreshments and food.
